Setiap ruangan kelas di dekorasi dengan warna - warna cerah yang disukai anak - anaik dan permainan edukatif yang meransang motorik halus dan kasar anak - anak.
Kurikulum yang disusun akan mengacu kepada ketertarikan dan menggali bakat yang akan dikembangkan dari masing - masing anak.
The curriculum is based on the child’s interests and passions. This style of education is highly effective for intellectual as well as physical growth and helps prepare for kindergarten.
The introduction of phonics is another important element at our center. We recognize that children are bright and information can be grasped and absorbed at an early age. Jolly Phonics is introduced in the Toddler classrooms. Jolly Phonics is effective as children are taught letter sounds through the use of songs, actions and pictures. Many kindergarten classrooms have also adapted this brilliant program within their daily curriculum.
Our program options are as follows;
Infant – 5 Days
Toddler – 4 or 5 Days
Preschool – 4 or 5 Days
JK/SK – 4 or 5 Days
School Age Before &/or After School – 5 Days
Our age groups are divided as follows;
- Infant 9 months – 18 months
- Toddler 18 months – 30 months
- Preschool 31 months – 5 years
- JK/SK 44 months – 67 months
- School Age 68 months – 12 years
Islington Village Child Care Center is open from 7:00am until 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. We are open throughout the year, however we do close on all statutory holidays and few regular days in December and January depending on the calendar year. Monthly fees are consistent regardless of how many days the centre operates. There is no reduction in fees in December.
Islington Village Child Care Centre will make it a priority to provide availability for the enrollment date requested. However we are unable to guarantee a definite start date, depending on the readiness level of our children graduating to the next classroom and enrollment availability. Your registration fee will be refunded if your child’s start date is delayed or not met at all.
